The tour starts and ends in Puerto López – This
communitarian trip take us to discover the wonderful Machalilla
National Park ( the only one on the Pacific coast ), with the
communities of Salango and Agua Blanca, and the Silver Island ( Isla
de la Plata), Whales and dolphins watching depending the season.

Day 1 |

Puerto Lopez - Salango -
Transfer from Puerto López to the community
of Salango with a guide. Accommodation in the cabins. Different
activities will be proposed to discover the 5000 hundred years
of history of the community through the visit of museum, walk to
the view point, taste of sea food and fishes of the day.
Activities according to your desires: boat ride, snorkeling and
visit to the Salango Island, swimming, hiking…. Night at Salango.

Day 2 |
|
|
Isla de la Plata -
After
breakfast, shipping in the boat to Silver Island (Isla de la
Plata). From the middle of June through the end of October you
can see the spectacular whales jumping. Arrival to the island,
called with reason little Galapagos, because of its fauna. 3
hours hike approximately following a sandy path. Snorkeling.
Return to Puerto López at the end of the afternoon. Dinner and
night at Agua Blanca. Dinner in a Family House. |

Day 3 |
|
|
Agua Blanca -
Breakfast. Visit of the museum. Hiking though the dry tropical
forest and exotic fruit plantations, crossing by the
archeological site (burial urns, ceramics…) and this take us to
the sulfurs lagoon. Amazing view above the valley of Buena Vista
river from the view point. Lunch. In the afternoon, it’s
possible to do horse riding by the humid tropical forest,
bathing in the lagoon, massages with Palo Santo oil, sharing the
time with the local people, visiting the handicrafts workshop….
Dinner and night in Agua Blanca

Day 4 |
|
|
Los Frailes
Beach - Breakfast.
Departure from Agua Blanca to Los Frailes shores. This beach is
well known in all Ecuador as one of the most beauties for the
purity of its water and sands. Box lunch. Return to Puerto
López in the afternoon. End of the tour. |
